For Brides

  • Short answer is no. The majority of our collection are gown samples from other salons, some are “never worn/new with tags”, some “altered but never worn” and a few will have been worn once. However, ALL of them are filled with beauty, life and love, and ready to become yours!

  • We’ve been at this for a long time, and even we have a hard time answering this question... Each gown designer has their own “standard of sizing” based on bust, natural waist and low hip measurements -- and then you factor in European designers/measurements... You could be a size 4 in one gown, 8 in another and then a 14 in another.

    Before you scream into the abyss, Found Love has done the advanced math for you. Our gowns are sized by their “fits like” size. Because some gowns/fabrics have stretch to them and our bodies have some give to them as well; the only way to know for sure is to try the gowns on... So, go ahead and book your appointment! (Bonus: you’ll have your own gown consultant to talk you through each gown!)

  • NONE! You get to sashay through door with your gown the same day. Whoot!

  • No, Found Love does not provide any alterations in house and are not involved in any alteration process. We can provide you with a list of recommended tailors for you to contact!

    Please note that almost every gown will need to be altered to get your most perfect fit. Usually, this consists of strap and hem adjustments and building in your bustle. You should budget for $300-500 for basic alterations with a skilled bridal tailor.

  • Yes, appointments are required.

    We currently take appointments Wednesday through Saturday. (we are closed on major holidays).

    If you don’t see a day/time that works for you, send us an email/give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!

  • If you need to reschedule, please reach out via phone or email and we will assist you in moving your appointment.

    However, if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the original appointment, there will be a $25 cancellation fee charged to the card input when you booked the appointment.

    If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to reschedule online.

 For consignors

  • The Oxford dictionary defines consignment as... just kidding. Basically, it is selling an item you possess through an intermediary -- in this case, Found Love! We will feature your gown in our shop for 6 months. At the end of that time, you can either pick up your gown or we can donate it for you. You will receive 50% of our agreed upon selling price.

  • We are accepting gowns from collections 3 years old or newer (2021 to current), new or dry-cleaned, in excellent condition.

    We are also accepting Little White Dresses and formal gowns- in white/ivory/cream, also new or dry cleaned. Veils, hair pieces and accessories are also welcome.

    Ask yourself, “Would I wear this to my wedding tomorrow, with no hesitation?” If the answer is yes, you’re probably good to go!

  • Pricing is based off of the gown’s condition, age, original selling price and style. We will only sell your gown for a price we mutually agreed on!

  • You will receive 50% of the selling price at the end of the month your gown is sold!

  • Nope! We are happy to accept items via mail after we have come to agreement on selling terms. We can chat via zoom/facetime/etc!
